WP Best NewsPaper Theme
Choosing a new theme to use for a website is not a decision to be taken lightly. There are a few issues to consider carefully and it all really depends on the main purpose of the website. Once the purpose is agreed upon then choosing the correct theme is a more simplified process. One of the best themes around that I know of is the WP Best Newspaper Theme – a theme that can be applied to most any purpose as it is so adaptable and can be used as a basic platform for most anything.
The WP Best Newspaper Theme based on the Semiomantics NewsCast Script is an all time favourite with many online publishers. The Best WP Newspaper Theme is one of many themes developed and tuned by Semiomantics. The theme utilises an attractive layout, magazine or news, that introduces both text and graphics and is suitable for countless online applications such as gardening news, car sales, real estate, holidays just to name a few.
Best WP NewsPaper Features
Here are just a few of the features that make this newspaper theme administratively friendly:
* Easy to admin area – navigate through various sections with ease
* Media Gallery for both images/photos and video
* Auto image resizer – easily display photos and images
* Easy to use category navigation
* Countless Widgets increasing flexibility of layout and composition.
* Banner Ad Management area
* Small Ad Management area
* Ideal for product integration
* Easily adapted for Social Network Marketing
As with any other newspaper, the ad management areas can be used to sell advertising space to clients or as an advertising space for personal products or affiliate marketing.
The Newspaper theme is also very much a firm favourite with many marketers who use it as a platform to display products with both images and detailed product information creating a very eye catching display. You can take any plain site and turn it into an attractive feature-rich portal. With its ease of customisation its a quick and easy way to have a professional looking site.

We reduced the steps of the process, restructured the purchase experience, debated on the small elements such as button / text / colors / notifications etc., finally concluding our base e-commerce theme to be one of the very easiest to use and best performing purchase experiences so far.

The best Semiomantics Framework based on WordPress
For over two years Semiomantics has been tuning WordPress for high performance on Search engines. Unique on-site optimization and Google Top 10 performance establish Semiomantics amongst the most envied signatures in the industry.
Semiomantics XO – Semantic Publishing and blogging for everyone
When almost 2 years ago the first Semiomantics XO version 2008 made it’s appearance, it became obvious that the framework had one outstanding quality: it allowed to reach unequaled Google Top 10 performance. The original site was a simple two column blog layout powered by an optimized script to ‘communicate’ better with Search Engine crawlers.
Ever since the performance and science behind the Semiomantics technology have been improved and over the past 12 months efforts have been made to enhance the look and the flexibility of the web design in order to allow also a newbie to quickly customize the site and to achieve extraordinary results just by using the Semiomantics XO framework.
As Semiomantics XO 2010 does not need any plug-ins for reaching its targets, it is the ideal starter solution for professional and private users who strive for high visibility and authority on search engines.
Find here below some slides featuring typical Semiomantics XO sites. (PDF format from HERE.)
Semiomantics XO Presentation Slides on YouTube

The Social Network Publishing Model
By Yorgo Nestoridis
Social Network Publishing – How it works
In a recent post we have described a simple social network publishing model to be used to reach Google Top 10 using Twitter. That model was minimalist and simple, however it works very well. This post will give some more details about “how it works”. Yesterdays experiment with the keyword “Social Network Publishing” is a live demo of what this post contains.
Social Network Publishing: Content
At the base there is content. Stuff which may be of interest to readers. In the case of Twitter, people either punch in that they are just brushing their teeth with their mouse or that they have just found a funny clip or an interesting website.
The content is the clip, the interesting post or picture. Publishing to Social Networks means talking about “what we are doing” in respect to particular content.
This is where Social network Marketing comes in: if the content we are posting about is commercial or has a commercial aspect, then the beneficiary of that content gets his promotion. The beneficiary is the owner of the commercial link (affiliate link, sales page, PayPal button and so on).
Social Network Marketing is using Social Network Publishing strategies to bring commercial content in front to a maximum of more or less interested people.
In clear: Your Goal is to funnel your commercial hooks into Social Networks and to multiply them (viral expansion) throughout the Social Network.
There fore it is important to prepare your content before posting to social networks.
[yorgooads]
Social Network Publishing: Means
The most direct way to publish is from inside the social network, meaning you log in and glue whatever you like to share to your wall.
Posting from inside is cheap, as it is for free. However, the money you save you spend in time. Working just from inside is time consuming and then, you still need a place to send your followers to for the content, which ideally is your website, but which could also be just affiliate links from which you can expect some rewards in case of conversion.
To make things more efficient, I prefer using a personal website from which I can initiate the information flow into Social networks. This website is a typical example.
Then, to monitor the flow and to recover the feed backs, I drive the content of my wall out of the social network, again into my own website (can be the same or a second site. I prefer using a second site or the type U Q Me to aggregate all streams from various social networks.
Finally, I would like to convert the Social Network Feed streams into Google efficient content. For this reason I grab the content from the aggregator (U Q Me) and feed it into Google efficient contextual frameworks, such as a YORGOO Booster or a YORGOO Blaster.
Social Network Publishing : Automation
Once the Publishing Model in place, your processes are highly automated as you only need to initiate the flow of information. You could even do better: you could automate the initiation as explained in the Ycademy Seminar “Set and Forget”:
Automation using technical means or automation counting on the viral potential of social network publishing.
Working from home or anywhere
Using Semiomantics Frameworks and Ycademy strategies, I can quietly stay at the beach while the web and those hanging out there are working for me :-).
Hey, I have even a better model in store:
Get out of the Google Top 10 Slavery
The Google Top 10 Slavery is based on the fact, that to maintain Google Top 10 positions, you need to continuously update your dynamic content and you must continuously promote your static content.
At the Ycademy Seminar taking Place on July 25 and 26 we will show you how to get rid of the Google Top 10 chains using Semiomantics and Ycademy recommendations for Social Network Publishing.
Find more information about the Seminar on Google :-).
The Social Network publshing model allows anyone to work from anywhere where. The dream model for anyone working from home on their home business.

New Akropolis Museum
Yesterday’s official opening of the brand-new modern “Acropolis Museum” in Athens, Greece, has sparked new emotions about the significance of ‘permitted looting’, which in my view belongs to the Past… whether it was about stealing an obelisk in Luxor, the “Elgin Marbles” in Athens or the incredibly beautiful stone and lava jewels when the earth shifted in Madagascar around 2000 (…this I could observe with my own eyes…) – it’s a total exploitation of ourselves; a looting of our own positive energies – and therefore a double loss: for those who see part of themselves go and for the stealing entity who is so unaware of what he invites.
This could become a discourse on many matters especially of ecologic nature… and in a way it should as it all has to do with our Environment and the attempt of many to cleanse and heal it, and as we are so unable or unwilling to do so, Nature itself will teach us a number of lessons still to come.
Today, we should focus on REAL evolutionary thinking and the corresponding Spirit and Attitude that inseparably go with it. Never the Knowledge and the possibility to attain it have been so available, so open and so present.
However, the path is not to be found ‘outside’ where most of us are looking and looting; the path lies within us.
Where the Akropolis Museum and Semiomantics meet
The New Akropolis Museum in itself is just another significant signpost, a token, a semiomantic context… stimulating us on our individual journeys to evolve into who we truly are.
As offline so online.
After turning the Internet and its many positive and promising attributes into a looting loop – it’s time for Change and adopt an advanced attitude in today’s virtual world as well to allow for faster REAL evolution and REAL co-creation! The Era of Ethics will appear when we think-create-invite it!
New Acropolis Museum on Google
For the time being, enjoy the magnificent Masterpiece of Art and Architecture – and the Human Spirit per se – that has found its new expression in one of the cradles of mankind… and let’s see ho we perform on the virtual measurement of all online endeavours: are we in the Top 10 on Google?
New Acropolis Museum on Google – Spot 6 YORGOO Publishing!

Google Top 10 Formula
How to reach Google Top 10 Positions?
Over the years we have come across many promising formulas to reach Google Top 10 Positions. Hype Promotion guaranteeing Google Top 10 position on any keyword is sent to your spam box daily and promising, well designed sales pages are even promoted by Google Ads which is in complete contradiction to the products’ claimed merits.
The simple Google Top 10 Formula
Seriously, nobody can guarantee Google Top 10 positions on any keyword. However there are some clear ways of proceeding to put the best chances on your side of the table. Consider also that Google’s algorithm evolves and the filtering is subject to change. By adopting the following formula you will most likely be successful, very successful.
2. Load a website based on a Search Engine Optimized Script.
No doubt some sites do better than others and some scripts give you a fair advantage, namely if you are not a SEO expert. Semiomantics scripts, the ones I am using, have been developed to provide to anyone an optimized framework with high publishing power. The power of clean, search engine optimized scripts has been proven time and again and you will find many samples of Google Top 10 performance by Semiomantics based scripts.
I put the script right on the number two position, because we have demonstrated that you can reach Google Top 10 simply with a domain and a script without any content.
Here is a shocking example: a year ago or longer we have loaded a domain renateschedl.com to demonstrate that we can beat easily renate-schedl.com, renate-schedl.de and so on. Our renateschedl.cm has been for as long as it exists on Google number 1 without any content other than a reference to Semiomantics and a basic configuration targeting the irrelevant keyword Fibromyalgia. Check out Renete Schedl.
My point is of purely educational nature: Renate is a dear friend and great marketer. But in a way she also is victim of ‘keyword-theft’, ‘name-theft’ or whatever you want to call a sly form of legal identity theft:
Large networks, such a linked-in, facebook, twitter and others grab your name to get their websites on top of Google under your neme keyword. Your site, having less authority than the big boys, falls back and often disappears from the top 10, even if you use your name as domain name. The big boys place their ads along with your name, profile or keyword and make the bucks while you, fooled, have thought that they would help you to promote your business.
Renate Schedl on Google
Observe that ranks 2-5 are monopolized by the big boys, leaving Renate just with the breadcrumbs.
Result: the Semiomantics Framework does better even without any content, proving it’s superior quality and long term efficiency. So far for the Script test.
3. Create a Clear, Keyword related site structure
Create a structure where you can easily organize your content in function of the targeted niches and keywords. A site map is agood idea to allow Google’s search spiders to easily find your content and to index it contextually.
4. Create Good Contextual Content
You don’t need to be a genius. But original, interesting content is a plus.
[yorgooads]
5. Edit your Content
Editing your content in an optimized way needs a little effort and is not as easy as it may seem: experience shows that many a great Author does not appear on Google Top 10 with brilliant content, just because the content is not edited in the best possible way. Editing is a job you can learn. Ycademy Online Seminars and Trainings are available for that.
6. Publish your Content
It’s a bit like the Editing job; brilliant content, lousily published will just not make it. The quality of your publishing can be improved largely with a solid site framework, such as Semiomantics frameworks. Personal fine-tuning however will always make the difference. Publishing is an art but you can learn it. Ycademy seminars and Trainings cover this topic as well.
7. Consistency and Focus
Make it a rule to think in campaigns, whereas the goal is to get your site to Google Top 10 ranking on the selected keyword or keyphrase.
Example: if your site is about “How to publish a Newsletter” then post about this topic as many posts as are needed to reach your Top 10 ranking, in stead of jumping from one topic to the next without ever reaching on any keyword an authority position.
YORGOO Publishing, another Semiomantics based site has reached rank 4 on “How to publish your Newsletter” with just one post, beating 242,000,000 competitors on Google.
How to Publish your Newsletter on Google
Once you have reached your top 10 position, you must maintain it; just continue to publish once in a while, depending on the competition, a post targeting the selected keyword.
A campaign on a keyword is similar to promoting a URL: keep your focus until the goal is reached before you shift to the next keyword. If and when you shift, make sure you have the necessary resources to campaign for the next keyword while maintaining your achievements on the first target.
8. Know your Priorities
Focus on reaching Google Top 10 before you think about web design, graphics, ads and other distractions. If your site can not be found by searchers, no one will ever see your ads or beautiful graphics.
Priority number one is therefore: Reach Google Top 10!
Once you are there, you are interested in offering your visitors a good first impression: create empathy with your site design, look and feel. Aim to offer your visitors quality content and a positive surfing experience.
Only on the third level or priorities I put ads.
There are always exceptions to the rules and there are just two of them to mention: YORGOO Blaster and the new YORGOO Booster; these are two systems which are ads related, more than content related and follow their own path.
Conclusion
Applying the above rules, I have been doing pretty well over the years and I believe all those who have followed Ycademy Seminars and who have implemented the above on their own sites are reaching Google Top 10 positions … almost at will and more importantly: the Google Top 10 rankings have long lasting effects and that is where you make and save money in your marketing effort.

Homosexual Penguins adopt Egg
Nothing wrong with gay penguins as homosexuality exists amongst animals as well. This story takes place in Germany, exactly in the Zoo of Bremerhaven.
Gay Penguins
The Bremerhaven Zoo is home to 6 gay penguins, namely to a couple which has been together for over 10 years. Worried about the future of their penguin community, the Zoo tried various strategies to get the gay birds on a straight track.
Swedish Females to straighten out the Homosexual Penguins Situation
In 2005 the Zoo’s management decided to import a few Swedish females to stimulate the male community to opt for a straight lifestyle. The trick ended in a double failure: the gay Penguins showed absolutely no interest in the hot female temptations from the north - no wonder. And worse, worldwide associations of gays protested against the plan to put the birds on a straight road.
Pink Penguins Image
Gays breed Rocks
In the past it has been observed that gay Penguins, similar to humans, seem to have a natural desire to breed or at least they show nesting behavior and ” breed” rocks.
Homosexual Penguins breed an Egg
A few days ago a heterosexual Penguin Couple had two eggs and rejected one. This egg has now been adopted by the gay penguins who enjoy a less bumpy ride than on a rock.
According to experts from the Bremerhaven Zoo, the baby will most likely not suffer from the fact that it will grow up with two fathers.
Chinese Homosexual Penguins
Homosexuality amongst penguins seems to be a worldwide phenomenon. Last year a couple of Chinese Homosexual Penguins tried to steal an egg from a heterosexual couple in Polar Land in Harbin, north China. The two penguins have started placing stones at the feet of the legitimate parents before waddling away with their eggs, in a bid to hide their theft.
But the deception has been noticed by other penguins at the zoo, who have excluded the gay couple from their group.
Gay Discrimination and Segregation
The keepers decided to segregate the gay penguins by fencing them separated from the group in order not to disrupt the community’s hatching season.
According to the keepers, this is not discrimination.
These Chinese Birds may not share that opinion and luckily for the keepers, Californian law does not (yet) apply in China in this context.

New YORGOO Newsletter
Recent problems with mass emailing from our mail servers have lead us to look for different solutions uniting the advantages of email as well as of online publishing. Online mail archives can be useful, namely if the mails can be published in a Search Engine Optimized way. We are testing our Semiomantics tuned Newsletter on the YORGOO Pro Mailing List.
YORGOO Newsletters from Semiomantics
The basic idea is to send a newsletter to a mailing list in html or text form. The newsletter needs to be readable offline and online. Mail archives need to be created chronologically.
Semiomantics provides the publishing framework for the newsletter; this assures high visibility and Search Engine Optimization for each issue, similar to posts on Semiomantics tunes blogs.
Using Semiomantics Frameworks provides yet another benefit: recipients can easily comment the online version of the post.
How to Publish your Newsletter
We use the YORGOO Publishing publishing model. Associated authors provide content which will be post edited on the newsletter site. We dispose of different publishing formats: mail recipients can read mail online either in mail format or in post format.
Depending on feed-back received during the test phase we will decide on the final format to use: if we encounter problems sending rich text format containing media, we may just resign to post text providing a link to the online version. In such a case, there is no restriction to the content of the newsletter. Rich text plus media may encounter limits when we hit email filters.
Newsletters can be generated using a Post Editor or using an Email Editor.
[yorgooads]
Timing
The YORGOO daily mail in the past has been a great, however time consuming tool. We will test different formats for daily, weekly and monthly mails. Post summaries could be mailed weekly or monthly, while daily posts could move out as they are edited.
We also may set different timers for YORGOO Pros and YORGOO Standard users.
New subscribers could additionally profit from a built in Get Started Quickly Auto-responder system.
Mails will be sent out in small batches, spreading the mailing over 24 hours.
Feed-back
We appreciate your feed-back. Please comment exclusively the original post HERE.

How to Build an Online Business: Business Portal
We have reached the stage of implementation and we will start by building a Business Portal. Different considerations will guide our choices.
Consideration
In view of the Target Market (South Africa) we will register and set up a local domain for the main business web site. The site will have a portal function and link to the various business branches represented each by its own website.
Structured portals or directories usually are not very Search Engine efficient. For this reason we use CMS Software with high publishing power.
A second important issue concerns local partners. We want to provide prospects as from the beginning with local contacts.
The Choices
We have registered the domain yorgoo.co.za. As YORGOO is our Brand in the global market, used to make advanced technology available to a large public and to provide free services, we want to profit from eventual synergies resulting from the established reputation of YORGOO Enterprises.
The Website will be built on a customized Semiomantics Business Site Script. We are using an adapted magazine type layout for user friendly navigation and we will add some niche sites lodged on sub-domains for targeted publication (Semiomantics YORGOO Blaster and the future YORGOO Booster type of sites).
Working friom home Partners
To start with, we will work with two extremely competent Partners in South Africa. Bianca Gubalke, living in Noordhoek, off Cape Town and Hanno Coetzee from the Garden Route Area. We will profile our partners in a later post.
Further Domains
Besides YORGOO.co.za,we have registered and put under construction a few other domains and sites such as Garden Route Publishing, Hosting South Africa and a few others which are not yet online and which we will list here as soon as available to enable you to follow the progress.
Working from home building a successful home business.
